My first lessons were in a Cessna 150, then in Piper Warriors. After completing my Private Pilot's license I began flying with a friend in his 1961 Piper Colt, which led to many valuable experiences. I enjoy flying different types of aircraft, and make an effort to sample as many as possible. I've logged the majority of my flight time in various Pipers such as Cherokee 140 & 180's, Arrows, Comanches, Cubs, Apaches and Navajos. Along the way I have also flown Tobagos, Katanas, Super Decathlons, Cirrus SR-22's, Grumman Tigers, Beech Mentors, and several kinds of Cessnas. I've even had the chance to fly (under instruction) several vintage jets, including the Lockheed T-33 and a MiG-15.
I received my flight instructor's license in July 2003, and am currently instructing full-time.
