There were many problems in the conference room. To begin with there was the problem with the bird that kept flying into the glass. I suggested that they remove the glass wall and make a little zen garden. That way the bird can come inside and at the same time the circulation of air in the room improves making it easier to get oxygen to the brain during meetings. In addition, the table area seemed to be generating some bad vibes, especially on the one end of the table where the chairs were positioned facing the dry erase board (representing a never ending list of deadlines). I assembled a foil flower arrangement with pipe cleaners as stems to give the staff something to do while they work out their frustrations and anxiety at board meetings. In addition, I made a foil skirt for the dry erase board, just because it was so depressing to look at.
